Classes

Classes are on Monday 13.30 – 16.30pm.

We will usually break this up into two sessions, with a 15 minute break in-between.

• Arrays, images and plotting
• 4D arrays, time series and diagnostics
• Vectors, projection and PCA
• Correlation, regression, statistics on brain images
• Exploring the general linear model
• Project pitch, ANOVA with the GLM
• The HRF, modeling and statistical maps
• Multiple comparison correction
• Slice timing and motion correction
• Affine and cross-modality registration
• Cross-subject registration
• Exploring cross-subject registration

Monday September 5th is an academic holiday.

Final project presentations during class hours, Monday 5 December (RRR week).

Final project submissions by midnight Friday 17th December.
